Maintenance & Repair

Our fully trained engineers are available on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to give you peace of mind should your lift breakdown.

Modernization

Since the existing lift system has been operating for over 20 years, the lift performance such as leveling accuracy and riding comfort might be quite dissatisfactory. In order to improve the lift performance to today's level, Lift Modernization provided by Union of Elevator Co. L.L.C is the ideal solution.

Under this plan, vital parts of the lift system will be upgraded to the most advanced AC-VVVF computerized one. It involves the replacement of certain major components such as the traction motor, control panel & landing device, etc. As the control system will be upgraded to the contemporary AC-VVVF system, it improves riding comfort, leveling accuracy and achieves energy savings of up to 50% in comparison with conventional system.
